THE COLLABORATING ASSOCIATIONS
THE “IL TARLO” CULTURAL ASSOCIATION
Founded in 2012 by a group of craftsmen with a passion for carpentry, the 'Il Tarlo' cultural association aims to spread the culture of play as a means of intercultural and intergenerational social cohesion. II Tarlo creates playful animations for all kinds of events: from birthday parties to weddings, from village festivals to corporate events. II Tarlo's animations consist of innovative and unique games -which we have ourselves invented - and of games of popular traditions, updated for both adults and children. All the games are handcrafted by the members of the Association, favoring the use of eco-sustainable materials - first and foremost l wood - with a focus on creative recovery.
THE MANGIATORI DI NUVOLE CULTURAL ASSOCIATION
"Mangiatori di nuvole" embodies an artistic partnership which began in 2008 between two young actors from the Sergio Tofano school in Turin, directed by Mario Brusa. The Mangiatori di Nuvole aims to bring the public closer to theatre and literature, because they believe that there is a more need than ever to propose and offer something meaningful to those who want intellectual stimulation. This is precisely why it focuses on children and young people!
LO SPAVENTAGENTE
On the first Sunday of the 2017 edition, author Davide Mazzocco and illustrator Paola Dias presented 'LO SPAVENTAGENTE' (ed. Albero delle Matite). Featuring the construction of a scarecrow and the secrets of the art of f illustration. The workshop was conceived around a book that tells of a cunning struggle between a farmer and a crow: to the scarecrows built by the man, the crow responds by building scarecrows. The fable is rhymed, involving the children in mediating conflicts and respecting the balance between man and nature.
LEGNOGIOCANDO
Since 2003, the Legnogiocando play bus has been touring around the residential areas ( where mainly children, boys and girls, but also adults and the elderly live ) to stimulate them to play “in a traditional way” to transform streets, squares, promenades, green areas and any other space into places for fun and games. The Legnogiocando play bus operators set up the games from the Legnogiocando collection (about 40 different games) in the main square, covering a very large area (about 60 metres x 10 metres or 25 metres x 25 metres). In only minutes, the games set up in the area managed to involve everyone: children, parents, grandparents alike. The games in the Legnogiocando collection are entirely designed and handmade.

On the second Sunday of the 2017 edition. Castellar welcomed the musical group 'Son de la Rue”with French waltzes, tangos, Irish music and film music.

Foto Evo is a photographic cultural association that has the following clear aims:
● TO PROMOTE all aspects of photographic culture.
● TO EXPAND knowledge of the photographic culture which is constantly evolving.
● TO OFFER a meeting and aggregation venue in the name of cultural photographic interest.
● TO UNDERTAKE research photography applied to architecture,still-life and food.
● TO KEEP alive the interest in traditional anagogical photography.
● TO INFORM and diffuse notions related to the latest digital photographic technology.
● TO EXPAND educational photographic horizons for educators, operators and teachers.
Through:
● Cultural activities: guided visits to photographic exhibitions, organization of collective exhibitions, meetings with professional photographers, conferences, debates, seminars and photograph screening events.
● Training initiatives: theoretical or practical refresher courses aimed at adults on technique, culture, language and education in the photographic image and copyright and image in all forms.
● Editorial activity: publication of an information bulletin, publication of the minutes of conferences, as well as on seminars, studies and research.
CREATIVAMENTE - LUDO ERGO SUM
On the last Sunday of In the 2018 edition, a recreational workshop was organized in collaboration with the "La Trama di Penelope"Association together with the "CreativaMente company.." CreativaMente is a company that has been involved in the design, production and marketing of boxed games for fifteen years with the aim of engaging young and old by providing fun, educational opportunities. The philosophy of Creativamente is summarized in the manifesto Ludo Ergo Sum (I play therefore I exist): in fact, play is in fact an important means of personal growth and socialization, capable of improving not only individual, but also interpersonal skills.

THE IN VOLO COMPANY AND PUPPET MUSEUM
The "In Volo" company founded by Josephine Ciufalo (actress, art therapist and psychotherapist), Simone Zaccone (psychologist and actor), Giuseppe Fatiga (director and medical surgeon) and Sandro Martinotti (musician) aims to provide disadvantaged people (ex-convicts, people with psychological distress, lonely elderly) and junior school children with the opportunity to discover new opportunities through figure theater (shadows and puppets).
